Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

Customers are granted a right of withdrawal of 10 calendar days after receiving the goods. The deadline is considered met if the written withdrawal is sent by email or letter to Filmevent.com GmbH within this period. The withdrawal does not require any justification.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Exercising the right of withdrawal leads to the cancellation of the purchase contract. The Customer must return the goods within 10 calendar days, in their original packaging, unused, complete with all accessories, and accompanied by a delivery note. Returns are made at the Customer's expense and risk.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the goods, any payments already made will be refunded within 20 calendar days, provided that the goods are returned intact and complete. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Contracts for goods that are made according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
• Contracts for digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium.
• Contracts for perishable goods.
• Contracts that have been fully fulfilled and where performance began before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Damage or Reduction in Value

If the returned goods show signs of damage, excessive wear, or a reduction in value, the Operator reserves the right to deduct a corresponding compensation amount from the refund.
