Shipping policy
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process and must be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise stated. Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain value. Details on current shipping costs can be found in the checkout area.
Shipping Countries
Shipping is available worldwide, unless specific countries are excluded. Customers outside of Switzerland are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or other taxes that may be incurred when importing goods into their country.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability. Unless otherwise stated, shipping takes place within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of payment. In individual cases, such as for personalized products, the delivery time may be longer. In such cases, we will inform you accordingly.
Partial Deliveries
If not all ordered products can be shipped at the same time, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Shipping costs will only be charged once in such cases.
Delivery Delays
In the event of delivery delays caused by force majeure, logistical issues, or other unforeseen events, we will notify you immediately via email. In such cases, the delivery time may be adjusted accordingly.
Shipping Providers
Delivery is carried out by recognized shipping providers such as DHL, UPS, or Swiss Post. The shipping status can be tracked using a tracking number, which will be provided after dispatch.
Inspection of Delivery
Please check the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness and damage. If you notice any transport damage, please report it to the delivery carrier immediately and contact our customer service.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address information or non-collection, we reserve the right to charge the costs for a re-dispatch.
